Yamcha had powerlevel ~1,500 in Saiyan saga, then he trained with Kaiou and alone in Android/Cell saga. However, his power level was never properly clocked after his death, since all he did was getting roflstomped by opponents stronger than Frieza. Thus the upper cap for Yamcha's PL is around dozens of millions (highly unlikely), the lower probably ~5k (in a case of Yamcha being VERY disappointing).
Roshi was able to hold his ground against an entire horde of Frieza's minions, but wasn't able to break through and got tired. Assuming that an average minion was somewhere between Raditz and Zarbon, we get the upper cap of ~60k and the lower cap of ~5k.

But everything after the first half of the manga or Dragonball does imply if not show that she is more socially intelligent and at least more book smart than he is, given the fact that she's the one who handles all the bills and more regularly goes into the city. Admittedly the anime and movies are more heavy handed in this regard and probably make Goku look dumber than he does in the manga, but it's still in the spirit Toriyama was going for. You know, Goten and Trunks are implied to be really strong but I was always under the impression that at their base form they're about as strong as Goku during Freeza saga with super saiyan on top of that. Like I imagine they'd get wrecked by Cell.
The only reason they're relevant is because they can fuse which is basically 1 + 1 = 3 But I think Gohan at 8 was stronger than Goten currently is. Only difference is Goten can turn super saiyan while Gohan couldn't until he was like 9-10.
