They put a dragon level on Boros's ship alone, they had no idea how strong Boros himself was because Saitama took care of it, but because Boros explicitly states that his star collapsing canon attack (or whatever it's called) can strip off a huge chunk of the planet's surface, I think it's safe to say that he's a god level threat.
