For print on posters, the accepted quality is 300 PPI file, so something six feet tall would be somewhere in the order of 21600 px tall.
For something like a canvas or textile based, you can go down to about 150 PPI file, which will halve that requirement, but you'll need the artwork to be drawn at original size with the intention to print and not scaled up with waifu2x.
Dakimakura master files (which are 166x56 cm) are in the neighborhood of ~300mb each side. Your typical Walmart/Staples/Kinkos/Office supply store can't open a file that large, and you'll need a large format printer. You need to take it to a print shop which won't be cheap if you want high quality inks. They'll also need to post process it because your file wasn't made with print in mind and colors will need to be adjusted to fall within printing gamut.
It's going to take at least $150.
