As someone who speaks a Latin language, I can't help but notice some of the flaws of the Italian dub, so I tend to wait for the Japanese version. But the dub has grown on me, I really like the European feel of the whole thing. So as someone from Europe, I greatly appreciate the effort, even if it fucks up the release schedule and /a/ doesn't get behind the show as a result(probably for the best, though, judging at the current state of the Osomatsu-san threads). Pretty solid season so far, I really can't complain much.

I've seen a few attempt at threads about it and I popped into one but I really do think it not being discussed is for the best. There's not much to say other than it was good and anyone with taste is already enjoying it.
Far better than watching it degenerate like Osomatsu threads.

An anon has put it best: voice acting is more about emotion than realism. But obviously, it's not just that, there are certain qualities that make a voice actor entertaining to hear. For the most part, the Italian VA is decent. The guy who voices Lupin absolutely nails it, being youthful and energetic, a joy to hear. But Goemon lacks the severity of the character, he just sounds bored, and Jigen is perfectly serviceable but nothing extraordinary.Da Vincisounds waaay too young, it's uncanny. A bit of a let down, really. The female VA, on the other hand, is great all around.Regarding that image, Lupin should have been Oso.
