Alibaba is at the reception of Sindria (oh my, how bad that sounds xD), trying to get a meeting with Sinbad. However, it seems that Sinbad’s schedule is full for the next 8 months, so the clerk apologizes. Alibaba still cannot believe that in these 3 years Sinbad became someone you cannot see, but refuses to go back just like that.
Just then, someone walks by, talking about a new announcement… a very tall woman with blue hair. Alibaba stops her, mentions who he is and that maybe they met in Sindria…? The woman looks at him, and suddenly…
“Alibaba-kun?!! You’re not dead?!! I remember you. (…) I’m Pipirika, one of Ja’far’s subordinates”.
She decides to call (yes, as in a phone call) Ja’far to tell him about Alibaba, and arranges a meeting, much to the surprise of everyone around him who just can’t believe Ja’far will meet with Alibaba in person. Pipirika claims it’s because even now she is Ja’far right-hand person, so something like this is easy. Alibaba still cannot understand why meeting Ja’far is such a big deal.
They finally meet, and Alibaba is extremely happy to see that Ja’far has not changed in these past 3 years. He starts getting nostalgic of his time at Sindria, and tears up a little :’). Ja’far is really surprised to see him, and can’t believe he is not dead as they were all told that. Looks like Sharrkan and Yamu took the news especially hard… .
Alibaba tells Ja’far that he has not changed at all, to which he goes silent and replies “… thank you!” after a while, leaving Alibaba puzzled as to whether he had said something wrong.
Just like Pipirika got him an audience with Ja’far, Ja’far manages to get him 30 minutes with Sinbad - something that Pipirika just cannot believe. He is going to meet with the biggest innovator in the world!!
