In the original version, the flow is perfect, it goes "retarded face>zoom out>punchline". In the western version, the eye goes "retarded face>punchline>zoom out". It's weird because it doesn't feel like Luffy's saying that line anymore. Also no one looks at the zoom out after the text.

I've followed this series up to Punk Hazard and I still don't get the major premise of the show- people are looking for One Piece, that almost nobody knows the location to, but assume it's at the end of the Grand Line.
