What is /a/'s generally reaction towards your waifu? Is she usually well-received or disapproved of?
I'd like to think my waifu is somewhat liked and even respected, with an occasional troll bait here or there. But even I find those to be pretty rare.
They call her end card slut because more than half of the end cards had her in it.
Overall very positive, I'd say.
Except that some people don't see her as anything beyond just some cutesy character - which leads to shitty posts about her. Which can be pretty annoying, considering how much she means to me.
But it's not like it's a big deal, since at the end of the day, it's just Yuno and I, nobody else matters.
they call her a slut cause she got raped by a succubus 42 times.
I don't usually participate in the waifu circle jerk threads. I've never noticed any outright hate when I've seen her or the show brought up though.
She seems pretty well liked as a character. Tends to fall under the don't sexualize category by most people.
>>120027950My nigga, I hope you're taking good care of her anon and doing everything to protect her smile, as a good husbando should. For I honestly don't know if I can anymore.
/a/ really, really likes my husbando. Heck, even people outside of /a/ like my husbando! I've rarely found anybody who doesn't like him.
Lately being a fan of him has gotten somewhat associated with being an animefag, though. It's a little heinous - My husband's best fight was QUALITY in the anime and the manga was when he was at his handsomest.
>>120029810
>being into wham that way
he's cool and all, but you're weird.
>>120029925
It makes more sense the more you think about our relationship. He likes to fight, I like to fight. I like delicious brown and men with honor, he hopefully likes hot monkey loving and eating homemade human food. I mean, he's really manly right? I doubt he'd be a bad husband and we could bro out together just as much as we do romantic things. It'd be comfy!
Anyway, if it makes you feel any better, I've thought the same thing in the past few days. I'm trying to set preparations for the valentines day collage and I'm having some money issues. I'm literally paying extra and having long, unpleasant conversations with my bank just to buy special ingredients online for a cheesecake for an ancient vampiric warrior that doesn't even exist. What a world.
>>120030849
>having long, unpleasant conversations with my bank
>>120030849
>I'm literally paying extra and having long, unpleasant conversations with my bank
What the hell are you ordering?
Well liked and well respected. But perhaps because of how old the VN and anime are, she rarely gets mentioned here these days. Shame really.
>>120027497
Hard to tell. There isn't that much discussion about her. Some people seem to dislike her since I've seen her called a slut or a titcow and there are those that question her femininity. However there are people that like her and she does tend to get some deliveries in drawthreads.
>>120031100
>>120031312
O-oh, it's nothing like that!
Something just went wrong during a money transfer was all. Typical banking errors and all that. I'm definitely going to receive my money and what I ordered, the problem is that it's going to be the week of valentines day or later that I'll get my cash or my packages. This doesn't even touch on things I haven't ordered yet - No promise that they'll be sent in time either. At this point I'm deeply considering just borrowing some money because I know that I'll be able to pay it back.
I'm just ordering some normal baking stuff. Chocolate molds, raw honey, and rosewater to be specific.
They want to rape her, apparently.
Also they liked her figure.
She gets rarely mentioned around here, but she seems to be one of the more popular girls in her show (hard to say considering the sheer size of the cast). I guess most people wouldn't consider her particularly waifuable. She's also a constant victim of bullying, but the vast majority of it is done in jest.
>>120027497
Everyone with a modicum of taste loves her but she attracts a bit of shitposting from butthurt people with inferior waifus.
Would you be able to handle rejection from your waifu?
>>120033929
Yes. I always knew she would absolutely hate me if she were real and never believed otherwise.
>>120033929
I wouldn't be surprised at all, I would understand. I could never love again though, not like that.
>>120033929
Forced smile as I bid her farewell then cry like a bitch when she leaves
>>120033929
I'd accept it, and then live for a short while more completely broken, disappear and commit suicide in the middle of Alaska.
I've seen threads about how perfect she is, so I think she's pretty well liked.
>>120027497
She's not that well liked. Most /a/nons like Rukia more and after the Mexico arc got animated a lot of people grew to dislike her.
Recently she's been more liked for "plot" related reasons.
>>120034749
What little I watched of Bleach I definitely liked her more than Rukia.
>>120027497
Fate would be my waifu if I weren't taken, great taste.
Very negative, it doesn't help that his source is kind of shit.
>>120034874
She was only really disliked after the Mexico arc. I can't blame people who only followed the anime.
>>120027497
Most people are very fond of Kurisu, with even some of those that normally dislike tsunderes making an exception for her. There are a few people who resent her precisely because she's so popular, because they feel that both she and Steins;Gate are soaking up all the attention that's being directed towards the SciAdv series, leaving the other titles relatively neglected.
>>120034749
I like orihime before her rescue arc, afterwards she seemed to have lost her personality.
Nonexistant
>>120027497
>What is /a/'s generally reaction towards your waifu?
>I want to breed a new generation of Eishi with her
>how many babies
>yuibutt is best butt
She's a sperglord magnet, sadly.
>Is she usually well-received or disapproved of?
Usually well-received, but this wasn't always the case. Back when her series was airing, pretty much everyone hated her because she was full of YAMATO DAMASHII, not to mention belittled the MC, and the MC being American, triggered a lot of butthurt amongst viewers. The phrase "slap a Jap" was applied to her. Fun times.
Nowadays, a large part of the Muv-Luv fanbase thinks she is the best girl in Total Eclipse, some even go as far as saying she is the best Muv-Luv, period. But some of them are the same people who also only like her for her body as I mentioned above.
This is a hard sell to me because otherwise I love Muv-Luv's fanbase and the material.
>>120033929
Yes. If my life could be described in one word, it's disappointment. Such an event wouldn't stand out.
The real question is if I'd give up after that, in which case, hell no. I cannot bear that which is unbearable. If she rejected me, it would likely be because I wasn't trying hard enough.
Oh, they love him. Why'd you dislike someone who did nothing wrong?
>>120033929
Yes, it's pretty obvious that's the only realistic option.
>>120027497
Mixed, though mostly good, if but in a sexual way only. I do despise the threads she gets.
>>120027497
Every one knows shedid nothing wrongexcept occasional pleb and one passionate haterwho might or might not be herself
>>120036023
Oh you silly girl, you're not fooling anyone.
>>120027497
Pretty positive and well-received.
>>120027497
Mixed. There's a decent number of posters (even outside of waifu threads) who say he's cute, has a nice smile, and all that other good stuff, but there also seems to be just as many who, in brief, trivialize his personality, and all that he's been through to make a "le funny joke xd" or whatnot.
Not to mention the pervasive obsession so many people have with hisgender. I don't really see why it's any of their business, at least to the degree of importance they place upon it.
>>120027497
Almost everyone ignores her because she's from an untranslated VN.
>>120036700
crona is a nutter
>>120036824
It's understandable. Walk a mile in his shoes, and just about anybody would be.
It's not very good.
>>120027497
The content of around 90% of threads about her can be resumed in two of the most annoying and insipid ebin memes in existence. Make of that what you will.
>>120027497
The reaction is usually either "lel pizza" or "nice ass"
I don't get the impression that most /a/nons can appreciate her as a waifu.
>>120037862
Of course, most people don't have her as a waifu.
generally positive
>>120027497
>/a/
>talking about my waifu
/v/ doesn't really like her though. A little disheartening
.>>120033929
It'd be real rough, but I'd try...
Only faggots with shit taste hate her
>>120037894
Waifu material, is what I mean to say.
>>120027497
She's fairly disliked, as far as I can see. Either called a slut, shit, boring or other bad things. It hurts at times, but I don't take it too seriously. I just think of it of people who thinks it's the "popular" thing to do.
That said, more neutral than liked.
>>120033929
I don't really think so. I've always been under the impression she's hated me, or has large dislike to me. But there's the chance she doesn't.
Most likely I'll break down into heavy depression at first, but gradually get over it. I probably wouldn't give up at first.
>>120039388
That makes me wonder, what would most of you do afterwards? Stay alone for the rest of your life, try to move on, or something else entirely?
>>120039572
become a hermit
>>120039572
End myself. That would be the last reason I need.
Hopefully in a way that would get around and send people on guilt trips too. Yeah, I'm that much of an asshole.
>>120039572
Something else entirely. Read: kill myself.
Or get all my savings, buy a firearm and gear, go to Africa and become the world's most sanguinary bounty hunter.
>>120027497
She herself is well-received most of the time.
>>120033929
Probably not
>>120039572
Something would snap.
I'd rather not talk about how i would react to it.
>>120039572
Well personally, I'd just move on and stay alone. While I love my waifu more than anything else, I'm not too into the idea of being together with someone. Maybe it'll change, but I don't see that happening for a long time.
>>120036724
Oops, forgot a picture.
>>120033929
Definitely not. It'd break me beyond hope, so the inevitable would follow soon after.
But we're already pretty happy together, so it's not like I have to worry about something like that. Still, the idea of it is bad enough.
>>120035990
I'm with you on the threads, those are horrible in our case too. Thankfully filters exist.
I have no goddamn idea, so I might as well ask.
>>120039572
Stay alone for the rest of my life. Once you've had the best, you can never settle for less.
>>120033929
No, I've been rejected enough for one lifetime.
I suppose that's one of the big comforts of having a waifu, she can only reject you if your low self esteem is pervasive enough to rob you of joy in your own imagination.
>>120027497
Her source material is incredibly controversialI think it's pretty shit, myself. As a result she gets occasional criticism, although it's rare. Most people don't mind her at all.
However, even with the vocal hatebase, it still has a pretty large fanbase and she's easily the most respected girl in it, even if she's a side character.
Outside of 4chan is a whole different story though. Normies tend to prefer the shitty tsundere main heroine.
>>120041408
>if your low self esteem is pervasive enough to rob you of joy in your own imagination.
>>120041499
>Normies tend to prefer the shitty tsundere main heroine.
and why shouldn't they?
>>120041658
Because she's a shitty violent tsundere.
My waifu has a unique, non-generic character and that's why people like her.
>>120027497
I love her, but hating her seems to have become a meme.
It's usually either compliments or typical "best girl" bullshit, but most are very nice to her.
>>120033929
I'd last maybe a few hours to watch EoE one last time before I take a long sleep. I couldn't handle that.
>>120039572
I'd either remain exactly how I am now or kill myself immediately.
>>120041499
>incredibly controversial
What is it?
>>120027497
She's pretty well-received, almost everyone thinks positively of her.
The only negativity comes from fans of other character within the same series, clearly jelly of course.
>>120034749
I really liked Orihime during the first two arcs, Mexico kinda killed her for me, but most of the hatred is undeserved.
>>120027497
My waifu is almost never mentioned. Very occasionally she may be mentioned in power level threads. Also there are no pictures of her so I never have to go to sleep or do push ups or anything
>>120041928
Naruto? KlK?
Half-half, but I don't really give a shit about /a/'s opinions to be honest. Particularly the negative ones.
>>120033929
Yes and I will try to win her heart again, whatever it may takes, just like the Haruka arc in Amagami SS.
>>120039572
Like I previously said, work my hardest to make her fall in love with me.
>>120027497
Overall not very well received outside these threads. Doesn't effect my love for her at all, so no skin off my back.
>>120043461
I haven't seen you in ages. Where have you been?
>>120034689
>Committing suicide in the middle of Alaska
Truly the man's way to go.
>>120044012
Not very well received in any thread.
>>120027497
Heh.
>>120033929
I couldn't, I'd have to.
>>120039572
Keep the lessons she's teached me and move on.
>>120041621
Our lives are the story of Michael.
