Ushio/Trudge is in his 50s during 5Ds, so that would mean it's been about 30~35 years since Season 0. The time gap between S0 and DM's end is about a year and a half (if I recall), and the gap between DM and GX puts Yugi at least in his 20s, so it's probably 5-7 years, which would also match up with Kaiba putting out the all-call for kids' art and Judai submitting it.
So that means that the time gap between the end of GX and the start of 5Ds is about 21~28 years. Yugi would probably be roughly the same age as Ushio, and would probably not be dead, but probably is too busy banging Rebecca and having tomb-centric adventures to give a rat's ass about some motorcycle bullshit.

The duel between Sora and Yuto becomes even more intense. In order to stop the duel, Yuya joins in and starts a Battle Royal rule. However, disasters continue one after another and new facts become apparent.
Outline
Yuya, who finds it impossible to stop the duel between Sora and Yuto, dives into the duel, Pendulum Summoning his "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon". With Odd-Eyes on the field, Yuto's Dark Rebellion begins to resonate. Meanwhile, Sora's heart continues to burn for revenge against Yuto, In addition, a new Duelist appears before a shaken Yuya, who's true face gives him a further shock.
