The current situation for you in regards of love and positive influences seem to work together hand in hand. A certain kind of peace, a balance, working things out in both your mind and the setting around you. Finding a kind of an arrangement. The negative influence is more in regards of materialism, seeking for more, an insatiable thirst for more. The Nine of Disks is a card that does work with Venus, so at the same time I'd like to think that while you're in a good situation and trying to find the most perfect balance, you're still seeking for a bit too much here. The future may symbolize a certain kind of imbalance in regards of you. It seems that this entire reading is more focused on your mentality than things happening around you, so I'm just going to roll with it. There's no such thing as love popping up in my eyes right now, for you, it's more along the lines of things working and balancing, at least trying to, in your mind.
The advice card is simple, but yet a nasty one. It calls for truth, recognizing it. There's something you're possibly ignoring or refusing to admit, but it's sitting right there. I often times do not like to make such assumptions, but there's that. Analyzing something out. Analyze yourself in whatever form possible? At least it's not Eight of Swords, where you have to overthink. No, in this case it's admitting something to yourself.

Without details, I could say that the former would lead to you struggling at first, trying to overcome certain kinds of problems that would come with doing this kind of a jump. A leap of faith, to put it more into comprehension. Not really giving up, and just going for it. The following card would almost say that you would end up finding a certain kind of contentment within emotional parts. A friendship? Love? A second part to your emotions?
The latter is not too shabby either. It's essentially what you said, it's going to remain strong, stable and comfortable for you. Mostly emotionally, though. There's going to be the will to keep living and staying with this path, really, nothing seems to go bad in this one. But there's nothing else I see happening. No changes. Nothing.

This is a particularly strange one. You seem to be worried of change, and the situation at it's current core is a little bit of a funny one. Frustration, perhaps? At the current moment, no... in general, I can already say that you're going to go down the path of overanalyzing this situation to the very extremes and it's not going to lead you nowhere well, to say the least. I guess that all depends on your personal beliefs about tarot.
Take for example the fact that some readers believe in the need for the querent to physically touch the deck, while others (like here) don't think that's so important.
Some believe any signs can be read and that the tarot is just a convenient way to interpret them, and that it's all just a part of the intricate tapestry of space-time. So in that case, sure, an online tarot deck would be just as good.
Just like with any divination, all you can really do is try it and see how it works for you.
Certainly having physical cards is much more enjoyable and engaging. Plus the artwork on some decks is too beautiful to say no to.

I have some time on my hands, so offering Tarot readings if anyone is interested.
I have two deck I can use. The first is the Brian Froud Faeries' Oracle. I find it is a very versatile, very acute deck. However it does have it's quirks... it works better with "How" and "Why" questions, then with pure outcome or anything set in time. I have also issues reading it about third parties (ie : X wants to know something about person Y).
My other deck is a Rider Waite structured deck. Better for traditional "fortune telling". It is a very upbeat deck, that I tend to read more on the positive side. I do a basic 5 card spread (major arcana only) for online readings.
Please tell me your question (I can also do general portrait) and which deck you want me to use. I do -not- require anything else ( I don't need you name nor sign and this shit annoys me. I will likely skip you if you show that you haven't read this far).
Let's start with.. 5 readings and see from there. Interesting. The two middle cards are guides, leading you through whatever maze you are currently walking. But they have vastly different paths... The Daughter will challenge you to go through the deepest corners, the darkest roads and will make you stronger for having endured. Laiste will light a path and guide you to safety.
That they both appear might be a sign of conflict within yourself. You might be thinking that the path you are walking is too "light", too easy, that it doesn't make you worthy. Or, to the contrary, having convinced yourself that only pain can lead to true learning are refusing the other options.

Honestly for the longest time it was something I just felt being around people. My mentor taught me to hone this skill. It's only been in the last few years I've pushed myself to do readings via distance, and took me a very long time to even get that down. You're right. It's sort of like a martial art (bear with me). Anyone can learn this skill, and with time, patience and conviction you can become extremely skilled in it. But at the same time, there are those naturally gifted in it, who find it almost second nature.
