What do you want to do with this? A 960 on a i3 seems strange to me.

If you're going to be using an i3, don't bother with a 960. You can get a 770 for a bit less, or a 760 for much less and you won't be cucking your graphics card as hard.
If you intend to ugprade the mainboard and CPU some day, then I'd probably save a bit longer and get a 970.
