I was sure there was a place here on 4chan that people would talk about sculpture modelling and such, but I did search for one days and couldn't find. Am I going full retard or people stopped those threads?

Well, I guess it was an art board? Maybe /ic/ had those but sculpting isn't really popular there. I think I saw some on /3/ but only to discuss 3d scanning and such, not really about modelling. If you really have to try use /ic/, expect the d/ic/ks to throw around things like: LOOMIS, you're not gonna make it, you don't have the spark etc.

tl;dr: /ic/ is probably the most suitable board for that subject, but you won't get much out of it.
