Anyone have any idea what this connector might be for? I found

Anyone have any idea what this connector might be for? I found it while Spring cleaning and have no idea when/where it came from.

It's an IEC C13 cable broken out to female spade terminals. The short answer is that it could be really anything but was likely hand made for engineering work (for example connecting a bench supply to an IEC connector appliance) and not mass produced.

Rather than just throw out, you probably should destroy anything involving mains connectors and bare wires.
