I need help setting up a PS Vita emulator. How do I even get started? Where would I find games?

I never used one wanted to use one but from the quick one minute search I did seems like there isn't one availble at least on PC.

forget it, there is not a single psvita game out there for you to download. been trying that for years, btw I own a vita.

looks like the roms are available but no emulator.
