Do any of you know what the hell this says? I found it in my parents closet and it is some kpop radio station recording but I can't figure out what the hell this says

means japanese...something. blanking on what the last hiragana character means in this context

Possibly some generic collection of J-pop, anime music, etc.

There is no "in this context" for hiragana. It always means the same thing.
That literally means Japanese Music, anon.

Not true even in the slightest.
Hiraganas can be particles, nouns, adjectives or verbs.
The hiragana で can be its own particle, part of the copula です, part of the noun ひとで, etc. etc. etc.

Speaking as a JSL, Englanese-with-kanjis-shoved-in is a great way of fitting a lot of text into a small space.
