hi anons would someone better at japanese be willing to do a little detective work as to what happened to this series, obviously it was axed at two volumes however mangabox seems to have translated up to ch48 which doesn't sound like 2 volumes worth of 5 page 4 koma strips so are there further chapters only released in japanese or what?
having found it I was really quite enjoying it.

If it's only 5 pages per chapter then 48 chapters and 2 volumes looks pretty reasonable for me. That would be 120+ pages per volume.
