start by loving yourself.
i'm serious. once you like yourself and start being happier, more confident and more relaxed, it'll be easier to make other people see the appeal of loving you.
I can only hope you're already confident in yourself. A person who cannot love themselves will only bring pain to those they want to love in turn.
That said, if the love you wish to give does not need to be romantic, there is also familial love. Companionship takes many forms: kids, elders, pets, even criminals and patients.
Whatever you are capable of, consider who it can affect, and start from there.
