Hey everyone. I'm attempting to record with my Audio-Technica 2020 XLR microphone. I have it connected to my pc (windows 7) with the Presonus Audiobox USB via male to female XLR cable. Every time I record, the mic is incredibly quiet. I've adjusted the levels under Control Pane/Sound/Recording and it's at it's max (100). Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

OP here, bumping with a picture of the AudioBox

You try adjusting the gain knob on the Audiobox itself?

Exactly. Talk loudly into the mic while turning up the gain knob until the clipping light starts to light up, then turn it back down a bit and you should be good.
