Would anyone be able to create a white silhoutte of the following bodybuidler?

I've been trying in photoshop for hours but each of my attempts look extremely sloppy.

Not that hard is it? Just draw around him using the lasso tool, and max out the brightness and contrast to make the selected area pure white.
