Okay smart people
Please help me

My laptop is being a butt

It comes up with a blue screen saying its updating and then half an hour later it's saying
"Failure configuring Windows updates
Reverting changes
Do not turn off your computer"

And it repeats instead of completing

What do I do

boot into safemode and run a system restore.
