I'm guessing you're talking about the gender bender aspect.
Unfortunately there's no show that really deals with the subject in a not serious kind of way. Usually a gag point and all that bullshittery.
Also it's not that common as well, so quality is sparse.
The two I'd recommend are Ore no Twintail and Kampfer. These two both have magical gender benders, not as long as Ranma and I think they are lesser shows but beggars can't be choosers. There are a few more if you're also interested in just regular cross dressing.
Now if you're just talking about comedies, then fuck.

If you want a similar series, Inuyasha by the same creator of Ranma. Similar archetype of episodic content mixed with overarching story between the characters, similar humour.
