i'm not huge on android development, but my hunch would be those are compiled binaries. so, you're basically out of luck. you can look at them in a hex editor and maybe you can read some strings or names, but it won't tell you much unless you painstakingly reverse engineer everything.

Linux has program called 'file' that auto detects all possible ways/formats this file is valid. one of the flags displays complete list (default returns first match). On windows use through mingw/cygwin
