To search by image hash, just drop the image on the search form, or find its post in any archive and press "view same". It'll be in the URL of your search, and the hash algorithm is the same for every archive.

Then just check any likely-looking threads, and if that doesn't work, google any likely-looking filenames the image is posted as.
