I'm looking for a 5 to 10 second sound effect of a magical item shining bright on its pedestal. Or maybe imagine when someone's shiny bald head is suddenly revealed and it shines with splendor. It's hard to describe, but it's kind of like a ringing sound.

Any ideas?
