Anyone has any idea where can I get the artwork from the WARNING×WARNING×WARNING PV?

I've been looking for it all over but I can't find any clean version of them. Closest I've found is some CD boxart. Clownpiece looks so adorable too...

Oddly enough there is actually a "clownpiece" tag on pixiv.
I didn't know pixiv had English tags too
