anyone know any anime/cartoon or any media that pays a tribute to the golden age sci-fi art?

I've only seen two so far:
Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow(movie)
Futurama(cartoon)

I know most animes have the deisel-punk style, but are there any animes that's close to pic related?

mothership zeta dlc for fallout 3?
I cant think of any anime that pay homage to that particular era of sci fi look, and clearly you could just find a plethora of shit movies that actually come from that time if you wanted that.

Space pirate Harlock kinda does though, as well as some parts of the whole galaxy railroad 999 series of shows. No bubble helmets though.
