Does anyone here can recognize who manufactured the t-shirt this guy is wearing?

The red characters say "bad girl" (in Japanese; 悪い女の子) but I can't find much info just from that. The illustration itself resembles Rumiko Takahashi's style, and I like it. Could you help me identify it, please?

It, however, gave me a picture of Akari from SKE48, and another of Himetan from Nogizaka46. Don't know why.

This is from a travelog documentary of London for a Spanish TV station that I was watching through IPTV, and unfortunately they didn't even mention the guy's name.

I know this was a hard request anyway, but I appreciate your interest in the dilemma guys.
