Help, I had no problems with windows 10 until yesterday. The disk usage stays at 100 when I open anything on it, it goes down after a while of not using it. I have tried disabling windows search, superfetch, and a few other things that might be the cause, I also tried tracking down the source by disabling a few programs at a time. Is there any way to fix and prevent it?

Check your page pool? Its possible you're using an unnecessary amount of it instead of ram.
