Do you want romance or lewd kissing? Anyways Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo has both, Tamako Market, especially the movie has really good romance, Kokoro Connect had some really fun romance too. Seems like you want bit more lewder series though, I'd recommend Sakurasou. It has this autistic girl who dislikes clothes and is really good at drawing and she moves in with other autists and lewd happens with loads of drama.
