Bought an used Elgato Capture HD and now while I'm trying

Bought an used Elgato Capture HD and now while I'm trying to record stuff over OBS, or the Game Capture software itself I'm getting a "no device" message".

Any ideas what could be wrong here?

Ok I figured out that the USB connector is loose.
If I twist the cable it connects for a bit.

Now I need to figure out a way to fix it.
