So I thought I fixed this issue, but it still persists.

A few notes, this happens mostly when im using my two screens, when I play with only one the issue lessens, so it makes me think it could be a PSU issue.

Not only limited to gaming though, happens in desktop and when browsing the internet.

Already tried everything driver related, so I'm looking for some help to determine if its truly my gpu or the psu.
