I'm looking for the name of a 90s (I think) electronic song by a Japanese producer. The music video is set in an apartment block. It starts with police officers chasing a man on foot, and then the majority of the video is spent observing a Japanese family in their apartment just before a gas explosion. There is a mother cooking, a son playing video games, a daughter blow-drying her hair, and it is someone's birthday. The mother accidentally yanks out the tubing to the gas from the stove, and eventually the apartment explodes. At the end, the police, having apprehended the fleeing man, are distracted by the explosion just long enough for the man to sneak away.
