So, I got a new motherboard (AMD) along with a new CPU (FX) and the Nanoxia case. I want to use my old HDD from the 1st computer into the new one. It had no optical disc, so the HDD already had Windows 7 on it when I bought it.

I'm planning to format the HDD to factory new, but will it try to detect the old mobo? Any ideas to fix this problem?

(Dumb it down if you can, I'm not so bright in this kind of stuff) ~Thanks
