Do you guys know how to protect a text from being copied like ctrl + a? Theres some groups of people thats copying a lot of translators translationed novels text and they profit from them and they're pissing a lot of viewers off.

No way to completely stop it, as users can modify their browsers to ignore anything you put in place.

Set up a paywall.
You can turn the text into an image but then they could just copy the image. You could water mark the image but then they would just painstakingly copy word for word the text on the image. You can only at best inconvenience them, piracy will always find a way.

Even paywalls only work until one pirate bites the bullet and buys his way in so he can redistribute your work.
The reality of doing business in the intellectual property industry these days is that your work is going to be illegally distributed. You have to take that into account when planning.

It's impossible unless you made people view it in person at a private location and they didn't have picture perfect memory or cameras.
