stupid question with probably a simple solution

Just upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7, back on windows 7 I could have my microphone level at 35/100, and skype at 75/100, but now they seem to be paired, and when I change one, the other is automatically set to the same.

How can I set it so I can have them at different levels again? Thanks in advance
