I'd like to request the story on this pic. I've seen it many times before, but I can't tell what is going on. Is she laughing or is she hysterical? Did she set the fire? Is that a McDonalds in the background? Why does the man with the cigarette run after her? What made the girl and the cameraman think now is the right time for a picture?

I always asked myself the same questions and I never feel satisfied with how confused I was.

All I can gather is that it's somewhere in Russia. She looks hysterically worried but I think it's just a bad angle making it seem like she's smiling.

Also it looks like a field or fuel tank fire. The guy running probably owns the land or something nearby and doesn't want it damaged.
