I vaguely remember a scene consisting of a group of people playing mahjong, and this character who isn't playing, possibly moe, picks someone's tiles, recites the name of an epic hand, reveals the tiles and everyone loses their shit. Does anyone know what anime this could be?

Also this was *at least* 5 years ago.

Sorry, the only thing I can remember is that it might be a moe character. Initially I thought it was Konata of Lucky Star who did it, but I couldn't find anything indicating it so I must be wrong.

I just have this scene burned into my mind. I could've sworn it was Konata but if it's not her I have no idea who it could be.
