I'm a total newfaggot trying to access the darkweb on my my mobile phone. I have Orbot/fox installed and betternet as a VPN.

Could somebody please explain what the fuck I'm supposed to be doing with PGP and how to incrypt/decrypt messages? What's the deal with public/private keys? What does it mean to "FE"? I have OpenKeychain installed.
