Could someone help walk me through fixing this problem.
Also, the router isn't the problem in this case.

i use to have trouble connecting and found some different solutions depending of the problem
one was using google ipv6 (it worked you just need to change the ip manually)
or using regedit to enable/disable ipv4 or 6
or using cmd to reset the ip

So what is the actual problem?
You're connected to WiFi but not able to connect to the internet right?
Try opening up the routers settings by typing in its IP address into your browser (open CMD and type ipconfig).
