So I got a new phone (Moto E 1st gen) for Christmas and whenever

So I got a new phone (Moto E 1st gen) for Christmas and whenever it plays sound (music, YouTube, anything really), there is a quiet hissing noise. I can hear it on speakers and on headphones.

It also persists for a couple of seconds after audio stops too.

Is something like this normal? Do I have a faulty phone?

I have that one and it doesn't do that.
