I found it pretty average, at least in its characters. A lot of things about it, like animation, premise, music, tone, etc. are all great, but it was really banking on the characters and I just didn't really care for them, so.

Many that have watched it loved it though, so you don't have to take my opinion that seriously.

Oh, right. Episodes 15 through 18 are all recaps that you can skip. Something happened, so they had to put the last four episodes on DVDs.
