My volume control speakers icon thingy suddenly changed to this spider-ass looking motherfucker.
Does this mean I've got a virus? I'm scanning with malwarbytes but it hasn't found anything yet and I'm incredibly worried.

This happened to me. To fix it, go into your windows file, and you will see a folder called "system32" this is the virus file. Delete it, then go into your recycle bin and permanently erase it. Your welcome in advance :)
