I'm looking for a pirated iso or similar for W8.1, the ones I've found on public trackers come from a group/site called Freeware Sys and say it comes activated

are those isos safe?
How does the activation work? Like will the installation program ask me to introduce the product key?

nah. thats just for installing (so they probably don't care). the installation itself isn't activated. you need to get a geniuine key (legal way) or use one of the activators (pirate way).
