uh oh, errors on a RAID0 are no bueno...
did your system crash? if the disks are physically fine, some writing must have gotten interrupted and now the RAID controller thinks the disks are corrupted.
you seem to still be able to boot from the SSD, i gather? what reports does Intel Matrix Storage give? maybe you can access some cache to fix the writing error or at least mark the disks as fine so you may recover some data...

It will not boot to windows. It starts and does the "repair" thing but it doesn't go beyond that it just restarts
