Goldran Brave of Gold, Brave Fighter of Legend Da-Garn, Brave Police J-Decker, and The Brave express Might Gaine are apparently all good. Although they're all Brave shows. Dai-Guard is basically a real robot take on the super robot show with a really enjoyable cast. Big O is ok I guess although you've probably already seen it. Then you have a few older series that have fairly new OVAs like Shin Getter Robo, and Mazinkaiser SKL.
