i use deluge its ok. rechecking torrents is a bit slow. Also does anyone know if there is a program that monitors your ip and if it detects any changes then it kills everything that is running instantly?
So like if im using a vpn and it somehow disconnects or i disconnect it manually then i want all programs to close. or even just for my wifi to automatically turn off.

qBittorrent uses libtorrent, same as deluge and halite, and you never hear people saying those stall.
