Give it the three episode rule. The first episode is dreadful, and the guy that narrates it is massively unlikeable.

But it gets better.

That said, you're better watching Yozakura Quartet.

Be sure you download the BD and not the web rip. There's an episode in season two with literally zero animation. Probably a good one frame every five seconds. They fixed it in the BD, but originally the korean sweatshop inbetweeners went on strike or something.

I was like 11 episodes in and had no idea what the plot was exactly.

It's literally advertising for the studios other animes and that fighting game (Dengeki Bunko) made by them.
