I don't get why people feel like they need a tutorial simply for using a software.
It's designed to just werk. Here's my advice:

1. Do the thing you want to do
2. If you get stuck, google the problem
3. Repeat step 1

Also, it's by Adobe. It most certainly is not designed to just werk.
