So my logitech dual action is dying and I need a new controller for PC. I would have bought an Xbone controller were it not for the stick placement.
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B017GADXSM?psc=1 is this a good option for a new controller? Any other ideas?
I would prefer it to be wired.
Somebody on /v/ the other day said the gamesir isn't good. If you were going to spring for an xbone, try the ps4 controller. Using ds4windows lets you use it wired through the charging cable, and the trackpad works as a mouse, as an extra.

buy a cheap ps3 controller, it's still the best controller IMO. it's easy to make it work too, just google for a tutorial afterwards that uses a program called better ds3
Most people play games with a Dualshock3, although I still prefer the classic xbox360 controller.

you can buy a xbox360 controller then, it works fine on windows

This, use BetterDS3. Don't bother with that Chinese botnet shit program that only works when it wants to.

Been using a Logitech F310 since my Dual Action died. Pretty good, but the analog sticks are kinda harder to push (likely just mine). Fine for me, because I only use it for emulation.
