The filename has all the info you need, so it would be easier to find a release (zero-raws-yahari-ore-no-seishun-love-come-wa-machigatteiru-08) without hardsubs, and go to that moment (12:47?) and take a snapshot.

Those aren't really exactly "hardsubs". They're advertisements to probably sell the Blurays, so even if they downloaded the same exact file, it'd still be there.
You either need a Bluray file of the episode or one from an online source, like HorribleSubs. Funny enough, only a raw file from the TV airing of it would have that.
