I'm looking for a PS2 or PS1 game that looks like pic related. You shoot Arrows with squiggly ropes up and try to shoot bubbles. I cant think of what its called. It's not Bust a Move

No that has no arrows shooting bubbles in it lol. The game looks extremely similar to the image, but the image isnt the game obvs
